- Compliance with the Project Brief
- Compliance with relevant regulatory and statutory regulations
- Technical evaluation (whole-of-life, fit-for-purpose solution for 25-yr concession)
- Plant & equipment samples review
- Compliance against ESD and OPEX
- Liaison with relevant authorities.
