Scope: ATEC Solutions was engaged by ACJV to initially lead the EOI for the first REZ project NSW. Once secured, ATEC was engaged to project manage the critical approvals process, via a custom-made tracking dashboard, which included the following:

- Traffic & Transport Management Plans
- Emergency & Waste Management Plans
- Accom. Camp Management Plan
- Social Impact Management Plan
