Director

Mark Bartoli

Mark advises owners and contractors on high-risk, high-value construction and infrastructure projects, helping them make clear, defensible decisions before risk crystallises.

As Founder of ATEC Solutions (Aust) and ATEC Hydro, Mark provides independent technical and delivery advisory across transport, energy, buildings and major infrastructure. His work focuses on the critical points where strategy, engineering and delivery outcomes converge — from early investment decisions and bid strategy through to design assurance and delivery oversight.

Mark’s background is grounded in major project delivery, with hands-on leadership across D&C, EPC and PPP projects from bid phase to commissioning. This experience underpins advice that is commercially astute, technically rigorous and delivery-focused.

Mark is open to peer-level discussions with owners and contractors navigating complex projects,  where he can share practical insights on risk, constructability, procurement and complex project leadership.
