Scope: ATEC Solutions was engaged Plenary Origination to manage the engineering services and ESD during the bid phase for the hospital redevelopment. Tasks included:

  • Interface management (builder & services)
  • Design management (services engineers)
  • Subcontractor interface (scope and price)
  • Authority liaison (utilities)
  • Fire & Life Safety review (fire engineering)
  • External and lead-in infrastructure review
  • Emergency power systems review.
