Scope: ATEC Solutions was engaged by Plenary to manage Engineering & Infrastructure for the 15-years masterplan City of the Future, including:
- Scoping of Masterplan engineering design
- Evaluation of design consultant submissions
- Procurement of design consultants
- Liaison with DNSP for 22kV HV supply
- Review and assess gas-fired district cooling via high-temp hot water (HTHW) system
- Input and review infrastructure strategy.
