Scope: ATEC Solutions was engaged by AMDJV to provide engineering management and bid leadership for the ECI. Reporting to the JV SteerCo, the role included:

  • Scoping of consultant design
  • Evaluation and procurement of designers
  • Scoping and evaluation of turbine OEMs
  • Overall responsibility for managing ECI budget
  • Commercial negotiation (EPC Head Contract)
  • Techno-commercial review and input.
